The Full Story
CDH Plumbing and Heating Limited was founded by Callum Hall, a dedicated and highly experienced plumbing and heating engineer with over 15 years in the industry.

Callum began his career in the new build sector, where he developed a strong foundation in large-scale residential projects and gained a deep understanding of the standards, efficiency, and coordination required on site. Driven to expand his skillset and work more closely with customers, he later branched out as a sole trader, delivering plumbing and heating services within private homes. During this time, he built a reputation for reliability, quality workmanship, and a straightforward, honest approach—whether installing full heating systems or carrying out everyday plumbing work.

Despite his success working independently, Callum always had a clear ambition: to grow his own company and return to the new build sector with a fresh perspective. He began working again across developments of all sizes, collaborating with both independent builders and national developers, and saw an opportunity to do things differently.

With that vision, CDH Plumbing and Heating Limited was established.
​
Built on Callum’s personal values—quality, reliability, efficiency, and strong working relationships—CDH was created to offer a dependable supply and fit service that developers can trust. The goal has always been simple: deliver high-standard installations, communicate clearly, and become a long-term partner on every project.

In just two years, CDH has successfully delivered work across five new build sites, ranging from developments of 4 homes to multi-phase projects of up to 83 units. These projects span a wide range of housing types, from affordable homes in partnership with housing associations to high-specification four-bedroom properties.

Today, CDH Plumbing and Heating Limited offers a complete package of services, including plumbing, gas and air source heating systems, rainwater systems and guttering, and underfloor heating. Through trusted partnerships, the company also provides full M&E packages, giving developers a streamlined and efficient solution from start to finish.
